Randy Sackett serves as the Client Experience Manager at Aaron Sachs & Associates, where he is dedicated to ensuring every client receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality service from their very first interaction with the firm. With over 20 years of customer service experience and 16 years in leadership roles—including his most recent position with JPMorgan Chase—Randy brings a strong background in building high-performing teams, improving processes, and creating meaningful client experiences.
Randy is passionate about fostering a positive culture rooted in respect, accountability, and strong communication. He believes that his core family values extend beyond his home and into the workplace, shaping how he supports his team, collaborates with colleagues, and advocates for clients.
A proud husband to his wife, Courtney, and father to three children—Norah, Natalie, and Xander—Randy considers his family his greatest motivation. Outside of work, he is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoys watching football and spending time outdoors. Whether hiking, camping, floating local rivers, or boating on the lake, Randy values creating lasting memories and new adventures with his family.
Randy is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. He has been actively involved in the Springfield area for over a decade, supporting organizations such as the American Heart Association.
