Fun, Food, Fellowship and FireworksThe Independence Day "I Love America Celebration" – held this year on July 3rd -- is a fabulous and fun day for people and families of all ages. The event is free and open to the public, and offers more than 100 free games and activities, a four-hour air show, James River Choir's Living Flag and a spectacular fireworks display.
The all-day event draws over 80,000 people each year, as citizens from Springfield, Missouri, throughout the Ozarks, and from as far away as Joplin and Columbia, MO come together to honor the founding of our great nation and God's faithfulness to America. This is the fifth year Aaron Sachs & Associates’ Springfield law firm has been an event sponsor. This year the firm is the presenting sponsor for the event. Here is what attorney Aarons Sachs has to say about the I Love America event: “This is a day for really celebrating America and the privileges of being an American. It’s a good day to remember all our blessings and to appreciate America the Beautiful, which was founded as One Nation under God. It’s a good day to stop and give thanks for our judicial system that provides equal representation and equal protection, and our unique government, which is truly Of The People, By The People and For The People. James River I Love America Celebration Friday, July 3, 2009 – 11:00 a.m. -12:00 a.m. Live coverage of the event runs from 7 pm -10 pm on Direct TV channel 365, Mediacom channel 89, and on God TV worldwide from 5 pm to 12 am.
